Dr Kohl is an amazing surgeon and an extremely knowledgeable dedicated and caring ophthalmologist . I would rate my experience as excellent and give a rating of 5 stars. There is one caveat to going there because there is usually a long wait time. However the care received makes the wait well worth it.
As a retired ophthalmologist involved with early studies of cataract lens implant surgery, I sought out Dr. Kohl based on his training and experience. I was pleased in every manner with the surgical experience, Dr. Kohl's care and, most importantly, with the excellent visual result.
We have utilized Dr. Kohl for nearly a decade in conjunction with specialized treatments at Bascome Palmer in Miami. He has been outstanding. You won't find a more caring doctor with regards to your eyesight. He has treated both my wife for glaucoma and performed cataract surgery on me and all of our outcomes have been exceptionally good.
Dr Kohl and staff were terrific. Had glaucoma and cataract surgery and the results exceeded my greatest expectations. After 60 years of wearing glasses, I no longer need them. If you need an eye surgeon please contact Dr Kohl, you will not be disappointed.
