I have been a patient of Romy Park Opticians for years. Because the doctor is the owner and direct supervisor of the staff, they have a consistency that is lacking in the more revolving door type optical stores. She is knowledgeable, friendly, and fair. I suggested she raises her prices. This is clearly the best value. Great knowledge, and service at a low price. I have been going to Dr. Park over 12 years. She is not only is my Dr. who treats my whole family, she has become our family. She cares about the whole person. In 2014 when I was having a lot of problems with my eyes that could not be explained, I showed her the X-rays from a c-spine surgery with fusion, I had in 2010. Alie, Dr. Romy Park’s staff let me know that Dr. Romy Park was not available today and would it be okay to have Dr. Sy exam my eyes. I said, "Yes." Dr. Sy made me feel that same. She thoroughly examined my eyes. She did the same in answering ALL my eye questions. I had two pictures of my eyes. Dr. Sy did not like the picture of one of my eyes and had Alie re-take it.
