Very personable and spend the time with you to make sure you are happy.
All the staff is all so nice and very friendly!😊 On phone and in person! They have accommodated my father Roland who has dementia, and have been very patient and understanding w/him as well as myself, his daughter the caregiver and helpful with him and his eye care! Thank you!
All aspects of the appointment were handled promptly, politely and professionally. Dr. Roed is always thorough in his examination and explanations. I do require new lenses. I was asked if I would like to meet with a consultant. He provided detailed options and pricing without hard-sell tactics; greatly appreciated. Thank you!
Love the choice of frames & the staff are professional & friendly.
Visit was great feel welcome as always. I was ask if i think i am ready and can afford at this time to upgrade my prescription. The clerk introduces all the lenses to me by telling how each one works . She also gave me the opportunity to pay part then finish payment when lenses are ready.
