Alex and Sonda do a great job at easy storage. They are always friendly and polite and the place always looks nice.
I rented from them for years, and as I was attempting to move out, I found my unit to be overlocked. Thankfully, it was not yet 5 so they were not yet "closed". I went into the office to ask why I was overlocked and was told that I was sent a letter and was called multiple times. My debit card expired at the end of May, and I had - after more than 3 years of using their services across multiple locations and units, missed a payment. Awesome ecperience
Would not use this facility for storage. Price goes up every 6 months. Our unit had a problem with mice. Couches,Tables and chairs covered with mice poop. Ended up throwing everything out. My advice, use a different facility.
My storage unit was a disgrace when I first opened the door. I had to clean a 10x30 unit before I could place my furniture in it. They made it right by charging 1/2 price. I would suggest some storage units designated by what will be stored in it. The previous tenant of my unit was obviously a landscaper and I had to put my beds in that unit.

A wonderful customer service experience. Caring attitude shown and felt like a valued customer. The experience started with the initial phone call inquiring about storage space . When I arrived the high level of service continued .
