The Location Manager, Garrett, treated me with respect; demonstrated professional competence and integrity through the entire process. (Explained the rules, provided me with copies, showed me the storage location and access code. Answered all my questions and concerns).
It's a nice, clean storage facility with friendly and helpful staff.
The representative was very supportive in helping me navigate the process of renting a storage space.
