At EZ Storage we realize that costs fluctuate between different storage companies. We pride ourselves in offering state-of-the-art, clean, and secure storage. Most EZ Storage facilities offer such amenities as computer controlled access systems, individual unit doors alarms, private pass codes, 24- hour surveillance, climate and non-climate controlled storage units to choose from, Month-to-month contracts, and a free moving truck. We adhere to a strict policy of no more than one rate increase per year based on our customer’s anniversary date and increases are based on the growth in operating costs such as labor, benefits and utilities.
