I love my fabuwood cabinets, except for the back and side panels that are made out of cheap masonite covered with even cheaper laminate the cabinets look great but the sides in the back panels look like something addible 1950 service station bathroom would never recommend them because of this
Best cabinets available at this price point. I am a contractor and have purchased over 50 Fabuwood kitchens with zero problems.

After spending over $30K on cabinetry for our house, Fabuwood delivery (not a 3rd party) refused to unload the delivery truck stating liability as a barrier. Expecting customers to unload ********************** boxes from the back of a semi-truck is unreasonable and unsafe.
Absolutely no customer service! ******************** sent 2 LED shelves, neither of which fit the included LED strips - you'd think overnighting 2 replacements would be the standard solution for a company whose call hold recording states over and over how customer service is so important to them. Nope, the only information option we have is to wait a week+ and hopefully they'll ship. So the job is held up for over a week now. I can't believe a company can do business like this.
This company requires you to go through your cabinet dealer for any kind of damage claims. That would be fine except that when your dealer doesn't take any action you are stuck! I have waited over a month for a claim to be submitted for damaged cabinet doors, drawers, and ****** and have gotten nowhere. Fabuwood claims they continue to follow up with the dealer but I still have no record of a claim or any timetable for when I can expect resolution. Meanwhile, I have no functional kitchen. This is a zero star review. I have had end to end issues with this company, the product itself, and the customer service trying to resolve issues. The cabinets I received had multiple defects and I was told that not only did I have a warranty on delivery but that I would also have a long term warranty. This is supported by the *** on their website. At this point I have spent OVER 1 YEAR trying to work with their sales **** and customer service to receive replacements on original cabinents that arrived damaged. They do not ca... read more

This review is for NO stars but the review will not accept no stars. Terrible company, terrible product. Cheaply made cabinets. The finished on the cabinets were in poor condition the day they arrived. Had Every cabinet face and drawer replaced after initial delivery because of all the damage. This was only done because I insisted that they be replaced as did my contractor. They were replaced numerous times before installment. I ordered kitchen cabinets from then when I got them they looked good on the packaging but when I opened them 3/4 of the cabinets had damage . What a joke and the finish isnt great . I then told them they send out new ones and all those were damaged but 2 of them so again they are sending them out another 2 weeks go by and Im still on hold the kitchen . The crown was a different shade of white than the cabinets , what a disaster please dont buy this junk .

Worst customer service. Missing items, poor quality, Chinese made with made in US price point. They delivery missing items and they told us that We have to order again , we order it again. And they delivery items still missing .. we paid again .To get 1 item paid 3 times.Our *** was a resist mf.They respond to review to just to ********.
