1st never showed appt for child or that she'd been there for oral surgery 12-20. We got to see Dr, suppose to be for chain that broke but worked on something else. Then said he wanted Ortho to put button on & talked to them. Ortho calls me back & says Oral is to do. Now if they (Oral) had already put chain on shouldn't they take care of it even if it came loose? Got home & on phone waiting 25 minutes explained that I needed to talk to that Dr or someone in his office....put me on hold again for total 45 minutes & never got ... read more
