I was having pain in a tooth. Aida fit me in the next morning. She offered to have me seen that afternoon, but i told her, no, it wasn't an emergency.Dr. Fain has the most gentle hands of any dentist i've even been to. He made what could have been a very painful dental procedure into "not such a big deal". All of the staff are extemely helpful and caring. The office is immaculate and state of the art equipment. Oh, yeah, his waiting room has great magazines!!

I appreciate the efficient and friendly front desk staff. It is also impressive how they use technoligy efficiently, for example to notify you of your appointment as well as followup feedback about your visit.
