Dr Tran has a wonderful team behind her and they all work together to make your time at the Dentist as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. They are a group who really care about you as an individual and work hard to make you feel comfortable and at home while you are there. Their knowledge is on point and they explain things to you in a way you can understand what they are doing and why they feel it's best. They don't pressure you into anything. I've had some terrible experiences with dentists in the past, so visiting a dentist tends to be stressful for me. The whole team at this office works to put me at ease. Dr. Tran in particular is friendly and engaging, and shows an obvious interest in you beyond the services rendered.
Outstanding as usual. Great staffs and Dentists. I would not go anywhere else. You are missing out great services if you are not getting you and your family teeth care of here at Fair Lakes Family and Cosmetic Dentistry. Dr. Tran and Dr Nguyen and their staffs will take good care of you and you rfamily and makes you feel going to the dentist a fun visit.
Everyone was very friendly and seemed to enjoy what they are doing. They make sure that you understand everything before proceeding with any procedures.
Staff is very nice and friendly. Facilities are top notch. Overall experience is very good. I have never waited more than 5 minutes from my scheduled appointment time to be seen
Annah and her team are personable, friendly and caring. They walk you through every step of the process with a smile. Their caring ways are felt from the moment you step in the door. They seem to have all the latest equipment and are extremely knowledgeable. I have already recommend my dentist to others and I will continue to do so. The staff here are efficient, timely, and friendly. The dentists are competent and caring. What more could you ask for?
