Without a doubt this is the best dental office to which I have ever been. Excellent dentists and hygienists. This is why I always come back for regular checkups despite moving away from the area.
I found Fair Lakes Family Dentistry randomly through a Google search when I moved to Virginia and I have been extremely happy with the services I received. The staff is very friendly and accommodating in every aspect.
As always I was treated well and left having had as pleasant an experience as can be had at the dentist
A great experience as usual. Lindsay is very thorough with her patients - from cleaning and polishing, to covering any patient concerns, and recommending treatments. I would only ask that patients be notified of the cost associated with any extra products or services before checkout. Going 6 months between cleanings I often forget how much things like fluoride and special toothpastes costs, then I am not prepared come checkout! Thanks FLFCD team!
I've looked far and wide over my lifetime for a great dentist with both personable skills and a level of professionalism that is unmatched. If this is what your looking for I highly recommend Dr. Tran and all her staff. The office is state of the art, website is amazing and everyone is extremely pleasant and accommodating, something's most of us are not used to hearing when thinking of a dentist office. Don't waster your time anywhere else, trust me!!!
Dr. Nguyen and crew rock! They always keep me on my toes about getting back in there to fix my teeth issues. The front desk staff is so accommodating and trust me, I'm a pain to deal with so I am forever in your debt :)
I was a little late for 6:10 pm appointment, but they got me right. I was still able to get the work done. The staff are courteous, and overall, it was an excellent experience.
The employees at Fair Lakes Family and Cosmetic Dentistry are very nice and professional.
They welcomed me with a smile, was considerate of my time, treated me like a friend not just another patient, and sent me out the door with a rose to celebrate valentine's entine's day. As close to perfection as a dental office staff can be. Extremely pleased.
