I received a very thorough, and mindful cleaning. The woman that cleaned my teeth took her time to clean, floss and scrape everything! No stone left unturned!

Misleading and unprofessional Elaine is a great hygienist and the only good thing about this office. She is personable and trustworthy and I have been getting my teeth cleaned with her for years. Otherwise the staff is very rough with teeth and seem to pressure patients into procedures they don’t necessarily need. I was told I needed a root canal immediately, and the dentist pressured me into getting it that same day even though I felt no pain. I should have gone home and done research on pricing and symptoms. I know thing happen to throw off schedule but what why do ask people to arrive fifteen minutes early and they don't get called until twenty pass their appointment time?
Just ok I arrived at my appointment on time and signed in, I was not greeted by the three staff members behind the counter or acknowledged by anyone at my arrival. I was called back by my hygienist 15 minutes after my appointment time with no apology or acknowledgement of their tardiest. My hygienist was professional and polite during my appointment. They are a bit overpriced for their services
