We found the experience quite sociable. The team at Fairmont Ford was more than willing to work with our schedule as we live an hour and a half away. When our truck broke down on I-90 we were taken to Fairmont Ford for repair. The service department at your dealership were friendly, kept us informed of the progress of the repairs and, when we had to leave the truck behind to return home, they finished the repairs on our truck and then stored it inside one of their buildings to keep it out of the weather.
