Juliana at the Deltona Branch is awesome. I'd been paying fees for my checking account for years and was ready to switch banks. While making a deposit I briefly spoke with her and she mentioned I could get a no fee account j8ust by opening a savings account. She saved my business. She was also friendly, efficient, personable and accurate. Because of her I am keeping my account there.

Applied for a loan. The last communication from the loan officer was that it was being sent to underwriting. A week and a half later I checked in as I'd heard nothing. I figured it was a no, but wanted to check, as I am also looking for a place to open up several accounts I'm moving from my former state. I went at 12:40 on Saturday, as I work from 9-6 p m-f. I was going to open an account, and they informed me that they cannot since they are closing soon. Now, at my work, if someone comes in before you close, even only one minute, you have to stay after and help that person. And you should, as a matter of decent customer service.
