5++ stars. Went in because my account was somehow compromised. While there, I asked the Assistant Manager for assistance with my alerts. It had been 4 months since I had received one. I had been to another branch and walked out of that branch with the issue unresolved. Stephanie Santiago was determined ti resolved the issue for me and she did!!! Excellent customer service skills and professionalism. I've been a member for more than 20 years and it's people like her that keep me there. Give that woman a raise! 🙌🏼❤
Another 5 stars for this credit union. I had issues signing in to my business suite account and after I called customer service they were unable to help me, they couldn't figure out the issue. I decided to go personally and see what can be done. And sure enough the great Stephanie at the front desk was able to help and figure out what the problem was. Thank you. Lizzie Rodriguez, who operates the loan department in the Orlando branch of Fairwinds Credit Union is actually amazing. Today I visited the Deltona branch on Howland Boulevard. I was assisted by a young lady by the name of Rose who again made sure I was absolutely satisfied with the way the process was going. She went above and beyond. It’s a good feeling to deal with people actually care.
I recently was in your deltona branch. I was so pleased with my interaction with Sharon Kern and Stephanie Santiago. They are extremely professional and and knowledgeable. I left the branch with a smile as they both took care of my issues with their kindness . Their friendly manner was so refreshing.
horrible bank. waited 10-12 minutes in a lobby with no one there. 2 people at the desk and only one is talking to customers. bank employees joking around while seeing someone waiting. when getting up to the counter the woman then gets snarky about withdrawing so i decide to just close it since i already had problems with my online password never working after creating my account. again snarky comment "oh well hun that's a little different, would have helped in the beginning.". another person walks up to wait in line and gets... read more
