Dr FALES and staff was my kiddos first experience for more than just a cleaning - kiddo was told to raise his hand if they were in pain/discomfort - their hand raise was dismissed more than once! Kiddo was never asked what was wrong - kiddo was crying - the response was “buddy keep your hands down” - this action broke trust the patient / dr trust I was hoping to gain on my kiddos first experience.

I selected this dentist based on the awesome reviews. Sadly, I’m giving it a 1 star. My barely 4 year old and husband just left the office after their first visit, which can only be scheduled at the convenient times of 10am or 2pm. After seeing the hygienist, my daughter had to wait 45 minutes to be seen by the dentist. No explanation and – worse – zero apologies. So disappointed with my daughter’s dental experience on 5/5/16. We elected to have sealants put on her teeth as she has deep grooves in her molars and we want as much cavity prevention as possible. Well, during her appointment she became very upset and scared and I learned kept asking for me. To which they told her, "No." She was so upset that she actually burst blood vessels around her eyes. Horrible experience. Rude front and back employees (as well as Dr False) quote money for a tooth fill then ask for more (GREEDY PIGS!!!). They also made my 5 year old who had anxiety to begin with before the 5 minute tooth fill, wait in the waiting room for 45 MINUTES!!! He was terrified. After the services they give the kids cookies (I guess so they get more cavities to make more money). Made us feel like horrible parents for not flossing his teeth or brushing "enough".WILL NEVER RETURN EVEN IF THEY WERE THE LAST DENTIST ON... read more
