Friendly environment and staff very accommodating with regards to appointment,times etc. Smiley faces always on show and makes you feel comfortable. No fear factor!!. Dentists absolutely fantastic!!! So professional and great at what they do!! No pain, all my appointments painless so far including extractions!!! Premises nice, clean and spacious. Would highly recommend.
Needed new crown and dentist new soft anistetic pump to numb my mouth it was amazing
Attended dental hygienist (Neringa) who was professional, courteous, caring and explained everything I needed to know. Would recommend this practice to anyone without hesitation - a great team.
Lovely smile and welcome from receptionist as soon as I arrived. My hygienist Kirsty is very professional, puts you completely at ease and is very caring and easy to talk to. Dental nurse (apologies for forgetting her name) was also very welcoming and caring. All in all an excellent experience from start to finish and I would highly recommend Falkirk Dental Care.
During a small medical event the staff were professional, helpful and very efficient.
I love my dentist and receptionist can’t do enough for you .
