Quick, helpful and friendly service!
It took quite a while (2 months) to get the part to repair my shop wall heater..otherwise the service was excellent..
Very happy with the timely service in installing and setting up our tank. I really appreciate Darren Haderlie for his knowledge, expertise and friendliness. He and the other installer completed the installation quickly and professionally.

Awesome customer service.
I was told that there was no charge to set the tank when I first walked into the addition office to inquire about pricing. She said only a charge when you ran the lines and connected the service. Then I get a charge and no one will return my calls. Even though I ask to be transfered to the Ashton office I keep getting transferred to Wyoming office who will only take a message. Great friendly staff and fast service !
I just had New Rinnai heater install and have used Fall River for years. Love the friendly people. They are very helpful. The tech are very knowledge and efficiency. They we very clean took the shoes of and cleaned up. Great Company!!!!
