Why does your online system not accurately report the level of gas in the tank? My account reads 6%, and your service tech says that means empty. He insisted that “anything below 5% means the tank is empty, but the gauge won’t show that.” First off, 6 is above 5, so not sure why he kept insisting that 5% is empty. And 2nd, wouldn’t 0 mean empty, not 5%? The tech insisted that the system is designed so that the reading is never below 5. It made no sense, nor he was aggressively adamant.
