RecommendedThe staff is absolutely wonderful! They are all very kind, patient, and knowledgeable! The dentist is amazing. They do not try to convince you or sell you on a bunch of procedures you do not need. I used to have crippling anxiety regarding anything dental. Now, they have removed that fear.

RecommendedI'm from out of the area, here for work, and basically needed an emergent appointment. They were able to get me in quickly. I also have a horrible fear of the dentist - bad experiences carried over from childhood - and Dr. Shattuck was very patient with me. He explains stuff very well. I also appreciated that he went for the least invasive procedure first. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Office is beautiful and very clean! 10/10 recommend!!!

RecommendedI really appreciated the friendly service and professionalism of this office and all of the staff. I also appreciate that they are efficient and non-aggressive about your treatment. I sometimes need time to think about it, so their telling me the facts and their suggestions is very much appreciated! I usually go to two or three dental offices before finding the one I am comfortable with, so I was very happy to find them first thing!

RecommendedI appreciated the very professional and also friendly service. I was given an appointment in advance, reminded via text and was shown in right on time. The cleaning was gentle, thorough and pleasant. At the end of the cleaning I was given a future appointment and on the road. I would definitely recommend Falls Town Dental.
