Everyone is, as always, welcoming and kind at the reception area. Meredith is so incredibly supportive, resourceful, and present. Dr. Rubenstein is patient, supportive, includes me in my treatment, and caring. This all has a tremendous impact on my experience there as well as in general.

My experience so far with Family Care Center in Lonetree has been a very positive one. The receptionists are very welcoming. They are also very skilled and efficient in setting up new clients. There is always a smile and warm sentiment on my way out as well. I am very happy with my therapist. She enjoys her work in helping people. I feel heard and seen. I feel encouraged to grow.
