I’ve been seeing Dr. Polek at FCC for the last several months. I genuinely can’t say enough good things. I have a very severe and complex condition that previous providers either weren’t educated on and had trouble managing, or would just overlook entirely. Dr Sam Polek is ab excellent doctor who is very understanding, knowledgeable and has a lot of experience working with Veterans. He is a great doctor!!! The staff is very respectful and ensures questions patients have are answered before the patient leaves the clinic.

The staff are all pros. They are professional and knowledgeable while still being so friendly. Maureen is the best. She always makes me feel like she's really cares about me.
