I was greeted when I arrived. Check-in was less than 15 minutes. I was escorted to the room to see provider. I felt at ease and I felt heard. I am excited for the journey of being a better me.

The doctor could not prescribe me a medication that i used to take for 5 years, she said she will reach out to my primary doctor and call me back And she never did and I can’t reach her!
