The physician we saw didn’t listen to us. She consistently overtalked us and wouldn’t let us explain anything. She didn’t ask how we handle our structures and routines at home and made bold assumptions. There was no follow up advice or support options provided. It truly felt as if she didn’t want us to be there or that she has some air of all-knowing and didn’t even offer any root cause analysis questions to us.
