As much as one can 'enjoy' a dental treatment, my recent cleaning and crown appointments were great. the office staff and greets you immediately and knows who you are if you were returning patient. The offices are clean and nicely decorated. Theappointments run on time which is very much appreciated. when they give you an estimate ahead of time as to how long the appointment will take they are correct, which is also appreciated. The entire staff was great. They took their time with me and explained everything thoroughly. I would definately recommend Dr. Sim and his staff to anyone looking for a dentist.

Not satisfied with why I paying for multiple retreats, such as another root canal which is not cheap. I am now on a fixed income with limited insurance benefits and do not want to keep paying for treatments that were previously paid.
