Emergency I called the office last minute and asked if the doctor could see me for a problem with a tooth. He was able to fit me in his schedule and was able to work to resolve the problem between other patients. Everyone in the office is friendly and considerate, asking me several times if I was comfortable. Very professional

As always, Doc and his entire staff were professional and courteous. I've been with this office for over 35 years and have undergone many procedures. Because of the quality service they've provided and my overall satisfaction with the cosmetic dentistry and tooth repairs performed on me, I wouldn't consider having my dental needs serviced by anyone else.

Friendly and forthcoming with salient info I appreciate Jeanine's humor throughout the visit. One thing that's been uniform in my 2 visits is the professionalism and dedication of Scapillato's staff. Rhiannon and Jeanine were each eager to share with me the details of my treatment plan - and they broke it down step by step. Deanne has been exceptional in working with my insurance to get a rough "out the door" price prior to making any decisions. Plus there's a nice Jewish Delicatessen less than a block away.

The customer service provided to me and my daughter was excellent. Everyone was friendly and personable. The focus was definitely on the client. The intake medical forms were easy and well designed. I liked the email confirmations and reminders of the appointment times and location of the office. I would definitely recommend this office and staff to anyone interested.

High quality service and professionalism. My experience at Dr. Scapillato's office was great. Very professional staff. Walked me through every procedure done. They treat me like family every visit. I used to be terrified of the dentist before finding Dr. Scapilaatos office. It was a pleasure and a great experience every visit.

Friendly, efficient, and professional! James Scapilatto and the faculty at Family Dental Care of Oak Park are wonderful! To be honest, I don't jump for joy every time I have to go to the dentist (I mean really who does...?) but every time I leave there I am so thankful I am in good hands and always think to myself "they are just the best". Everyone makes me feel welcome, comfortable, and important! I would HIGHLY recommend Family Dental Care of Oak Park! Your teeth will thank you! =)

Very Professional In the past I had a dentist that used to shame me for not coming in so often. With our busy lifestyles it is not always possible to do so. Family Dental care has never done this and it is appreciated. They do excellent work and from what I understand do a lot of pro-bono work for those in need. Exceptional Service My visit to the dentist was quite pleasing. I was met with a vibrant hello from Deanne as soon as I came in and she is a very engaging people person. Everybody was the epitome of professionalism and I would recommend anyone to come to this office for great service.
