I’m a brand new patient to this practice and had my first appointment recently. The front office staff (Maria was one individual I believe?) were extremely kind, polite and accommodating. Dr. Pritchett VERY thoroughly examined my mouth, took xrays, individually looked at each tooth, explaining to me what she was doing and why. She listened to my concerns and patiently answered all (& I mean ALL lol) of my questions.
