I called a month ago to become a patient. When the secretary heard I had double insurance, she encouraged me to book as many appts as possible and bill them as cleanings and gum cleanings, even though I just had both. This seems really unethical .. they billed me $75 for canceling the appt!

So absolutely disgusted. Dr. Goldstein “fixed” a bad filling done but another dentist in December when I still had insurance money left. She told me she would Not charge me as it was done so badly she just wanted to fix it. Then I was told by Cheryl I had almost $200.00 credit. Angela said that was not the case and That I owed them $60.00. I paid the $60.00…then I paid almost $1000.00 out of pocket for a crown.
