Front desk ladies are always so happy and super helpful during the good times and bad. I purchased the paw plan and it is absolutely worth it! They took great care of my little Remmy for her first vet visit!
Pepper has been a frequent flyer this week after tearing his ACL and then having a GI upset which left him totally uninterested in any food and losing weight. Dr. Bader was great and graciously responded to my many phone calls in addition to office visits. She readily listens and then provides options for care for your consideration and decision. Office visits are arranged promptly...I have always been able to get in for a visit on the day requested. Thank you to all of the staff!
My duchess felt very comfortable there right from the beginning. I'm excited to have found a friendly Dr to take my furrbaby to!
