In July of 2021 while on vacation in Florida I incurred a fall breaking my hip in a bathtub at a hotel which had no grab rails or a textured bottom to help prevent slips and/or falls. I'm not a litigious person but when the hotel found out about my fall they brought two non-slip bath mats and asked me to sign something relieving them of any liability.
