I have to say this is the best experience I’ve ever had customer service wise & with a car garage. They went above and beyond for me out of sheer kindness and goodwill. Chris came to the rescue to fit a new battery in my car after AA moved the time back several hours and I was stranded just around the corner from the garage (and I desperately needed to get back to my house as I am moving out of it TOMORROW!) Popped in on off chance they could fix an exhaust bracket on my son’s car. Very helpful chap explained a new part would set me back £150 but if I could find someone to fashion and weld a new part, it could save me a lot of money. Great customer service will definitely be back!
Had to have a new tyre after hitting a pot hole night before. Had issue when putting spare on with nuts and brace that night. Graham sorted the new tyre and Chris popped it back on the vehicle for me in place of the spare along with giving advice on the nuts and brace which were ancient so replaced the nuts all round for me. Much appreciated knowing I shouldn't have issues in the future for peace of mind. Great service all round and great value. Shall be using again in future.
Popped in to look at the tyre and air conditioning on our disco. Very helpful and knowledgeable, thanks Chris and Graham. Great to have the car cool again and we no longer have to keep pumping up that dodgy tyre!
Fantastic service from Fast-Fit Tyres & Exhausts in Felixstowe today (Sep 18). My early 90s VW T4 camper had 3 totally flat tyres and the van had to be recovered to their premises. I feared the worst (new tyres all round), but they quickly diagnosed it as a simple valve issue and replaced all four valves at a fraction of the cost of new tyres.
