I've used Fast-Fit several times over the years, and they've always been excellent. The team is quick, professional, and really helpful every time I've been in. On one occasion, they even let me use their lift so I could properly torque down a control arm bolt on a car I was working on, something I couldn't access very well with ramps alone. I was away in Norwich for a week and my first Sunday disaster. Went to Fast Fit in Salhouse rd and Sandy solved the problem. Temporary repair Sunday to keep me safe and Monday fitted a new back box and tailpipe. The service I received was second to none. While in the waiting room I observed how these guys treat their customers. Total respect, empathy and they explain everything making sure the customer understands their situation. All businesses should operate this way.
Superb service by Darren and the FastFit team. Friendly and helpful. Double puncture on both front Continentals !!. Two new tyres sourced and fitted excellently . This is the second or third time I've used FastFit and couldn't recommend them more highly.

Extremely efficient and pleasant technician in Jack. I’ve had slow punctures previously that were not dealt with as thoroughly ias this one was. Would highly recommend the workshop for any tyre related issues, and if you get the opportunity to use Jack for the job I’d grab it. Will definitely return should I have any further issues - 5 star
