Everyone was super pleasant, efficient and professional. Wait time wasn’t too bad for a walk in clinic. I was kept up to date on how many patients were ahead of me. Test results were given and prescriptions were sent in before I left the office. Overall, one of the best experiences that I’ve had using a walk in clinic.

Reception friendly, professional & helpful. -Process worked well; I waited in my car until Call came through. Tech taking BP, etc was friendly & professional Doc/Pa was pleasant, thorough and professional - called in prescription for me.

Both the RN and NP were very polite and positive. However it was disappointing that after spending over 1 1/2 hours there that I had to go to the ER in Athens to have my hand sutured up. Plus my mom had to pay $150 and ended up taking me elsewhere. I understand I was losing a lot of blood but feel like that’s something that could of be taken care of there

Unfortunately my experience was very bad I needed antibiotics not only would they not prescribe them they didn’t take blood or do a chest X-ray I had to go to another Md to get them ordered very unprofessional waste of money and time
