Both the RN and NP were very polite and positive. However it was disappointing that after spending over 1 1/2 hours there that I had to go to the ER in Athens to have my hand sutured up. Plus my mom had to pay $150 and ended up taking me elsewhere. I understand I was losing a lot of blood but feel like that’s something that could of be taken care of there
Unfortunately my experience was very bad I needed antibiotics not only would they not prescribe them they didn’t take blood or do a chest X-ray I had to go to another Md to get them ordered very unprofessional waste of money and time
I just left your offices in Ardmore, TN. I was assisted by Stephanie Owen. To keep this short and sweet, I arrived early for a pre employment drug screen. I was told there was a lengthy wait time (which is understandable) I informed Stephanie my drug test form expired in roughly two hours. I was accepted and filled out the necessary paperwork. After making me wait right past the drug test expiration time limit Stephanie pulls me back and informs me they can't do the test and I've wasted two hours of my time. This is extreme... read more
I waited an hour to be seen, while I felt awful. Was sent home with no medicine and I’ve been in the bed since with a temperature and my symptoms even worse.
Had a reserved time. I know I have a sinus infection. Waited about an hour for a nurse practitioner to come in look in my ears and my throat. Listen to my chest. Go out of the room come back to give me a non antibiotic because what I have is probably a viral infection. If I’m not any better by Monday call her and she will call in an antibiotic for me.
