We were both sick with sinus infections. Not a long wait time. Everyone was super nice and helpful. I would definitely go back if I can't see my primary.
Do not go here!!! Now they charge you so that your insurance won’t pay anything at all. Billed as a hospital outpatient visit. Also if you absolutely go here never pay with a card only pay with cash!! If you pay with a card it gives them the authority to take any unowned balance and don’t except a bill in the mail or a text or a call. What do you get?!? An email that wasn’t even from FastPace at all. Scammers
I give them a 5 star the staff is friendly they are caring the facility is clean. We were seen in just a few minutes after arriving. They were wonderful with my son and me . They checked us both out got our meds sent over to our pharmacy with no waiting. Could not ask for a better bunch of doctors ' nurse's & staff.
By far the most professional Urgent care I ever been too. The front desk was pleasant and friendly (which is hard to find now a days) And the staff that worked on my daughter’s embedded earring were so AMAZING!!
12/23 I had to bring my sick daughter in. Upon walking into the waiting room we were greeted by a very professional Tonya D, who explained how to sign in at the kiosk and how long the wait could be. Tonya was friendly and helpful with any questions. Our wait was much less than we expected and our nurse quickly took our information (even though the kid drama of a nose swab).
