The receptionist was so helpful and got me right in knowing how bad I felt. The medical asssidtant was friendly sympathetic and thorough. The NP Adele was the same way as her staff. She didn’t rush and asked questions and answered fully. She even called it to pharmacy to expedite it knowing how sick I was with pneumonia to get my medications asap. Awesome team! I’m so grateful we have an urgent care in Brandenburg we can trust!

The provider in the other staff are amazing. The address my Needs. They were knowledgeable and willing to listen. The only problem I had was the wait time they really do need a second provider there and I believe with that they would see more patients
