Staff was great. Just wish you didn’t have to do all the paperwork for each visit when you are a established patient

From the moment I walked in everyone was very helpful. The receptionist even called another urgent care to see if they took my insurance. How nice is that!! The medical team was very friendly and professional. I felt very comfortable and confident. It was a good experience. Like I said earlier, if they would have taken my insurance it would have been perfect 👌

Very polite crew . Was very satisfied with my visit . Ear still hurting hope it gets better soon .. I don't remember the young dr that saw me that day . But , she was very attentive to my pain.
