Great staff, however this is one of the slowest places we have ever went to. Do not go by the times online, if that was the case we wouldn’t still be sitting in a room without seeing a provider 1-1/2 hours after the time it showed we would be seen. Not since we got here it since the time it showed we would be seen.

The staff is very rude, have no bedside manner and always mess up the paperwork. it took 4 hours to get a physical because the nurse can't read and put the wrong name on all the paperwork. Do not go here you will regret it.

Made a 4:00pm appointment for test made me sit in car I waited until 5:45 I left if you cant get to your appointments on time you should not schedule them at certain time peoples time is valuable maybe you should have to pay us for having to wait so long terrible service

Everytime I take my children here they say they’re not sick and each time I’ve taken them straight to the hospital immediately after because they’d be coughing so much, have runny noses, not able to breath good they cough so much, running super high fevers, and throwing up. Well, I take them to the hospital after and they test positive for the flu and one had upper respiratory infection along with low oxygen but yet Fast Pace in Centerville said my children had nothing wrong with them and that they couldn’t give me an answer... read more

Wow!! Where did you find your male nurse?! He doesn’t know the difference between a child’s cuff or an infant cuff. Makes me wonder where they got their degree. Wrong bp cuff you DO NOT get an accurate bp reading. To be talked about and treated like I’m an idiot is not very professional. Yes I heard you talking about me. Your voices carry down the hall. If I could give less than one star I would....my husband went in for an upset stomach....a month later we get a bill for over 1600.00 dollars worth of blood tests....One for Hep C was over 600.00 alone....not covered by insurance go figure...thanks a lot Fast Pace...We wont be back EVER !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I came in with cold symptoms and after they checked vitals I waited 40+ minutes for the Dr. � all in all my visit took 2 hours.
