RecommendedI had a really big scare Monday. I've been trying to rest and heal. I want to thank Fast Pace Rapid Care for the quick and competent care during my emergency. The quick critical thinking staff was amazing in identifying a possible PE. Thank you to the fire department, first responders and David Everhart for helping me / getting me to the ER quick. my Six-year-old daughter was seen there yesterday because the school called me and told me to come pick her up because she had a fever of a 100.4 the doctor nurse practitioner was Kim gilstrap Who came in the room and informed me that my six-year-old was to old to have RSV that a 100.4 wasn't a fever and that I should give her medicine to by pass the school nurse tomorrow and she only excused my daughter for yesterday when I called this morning to see if they would extend the school note because my child is even sicker tod... read more
I registered on line for a appointment at ten o’clock to do X-rays and was there for two hours and sent me home and said they would call with results and I didn’t hear from them until six thirty. Nothing fast about that.
I thought the point of being a walk in was to be able to Walk in. Why is it that if you are sick and think you may have Covid you’re told you have to come back at a set time? This makes no sense to me. I’ve only been here once and I can promise you I’ll go anywhere else but here.
I been here 2 hrs waiting for a drug test
Our experience was great until my daughters birthdate was recorded wrong. Had the pcr test for covid, keeping her out of school the last three days before fall break. Took 3 days for them to change this birthdate so she could get her antibiotics for an ear infection. A week later we hadn’t received the covid results, which we were not worried because she was negotiating on the rapid and symptoms were due to ear infection. it would be nice if you didn't leave someone sitting in the waiting room for almost 2 hours then tell them they can't be seen today
i was giving a inhaler and I have ins.but it was going to cost $50.00, I can't afford it,,,all they care about is the money they get,,,will not go back
