“I was very pleased with my experience at Urgent Care. They treated me with tender, love, and care. Because my wait time in the exam room took longer than expected. They continued to check on me. I also noticed the receptionist stopped eating to check people in. Tammy Campbell and her staff were awesome. Also, the online process was great.

Service was great, however; the wait time in the room was disappointing. I think it was due to the location being shorthanded.
The receptionist (Ashley) was dismissive. Her phone was more important than what I had to say. I felt her attitude as soon as she opened her mouth. I was seen by Amber and she was very nice.
The provider had poor bed side manner. She treated me as though I wasn’t even sick when I was telling her that I was getting worse. She asked me why I didn’t go to the ER. I told her that I wasn’t dying but I knew I was getting worse than I was when she said there was nothing wrong with me three days prior. I finally went to Oxford to my doctor and was diagnosed with severe bronchitis. The provider was working Friday the 8th and Sunday the 10th of December. I don’t know her name. I asked for a strep test and I was told I didn’t have strep with my symptoms. 48 hrs later I’m at another doctors office and I test positive for strep.

Took too long even though I was first in order. Was lied to about what I came for. If I want a medical lesson, I’ll go to my doctor; not some tattoo addled practitioner. I needed to be back at work! Not in some exam room for an hour.
