Was given nothing to help the cough or sore throat two weeks of struggling to be told it has to run its course. BUT was given a referral to their own mental health. Won’t be coming back and won’t be looking into their mental health either.

The wait time once I was taken to the exam room was extremely long. The nurse was quick to help but when it was time for the NP to come in, I waited for almost 45 minutes. At that point I opened the door to ask if they forgot about me and the NP was just sitting at a desk and then came in the room after I asked. She was only in the exam room long enough to tell me they were prescribing antibiotics. They only had one other patient at the time and they were in the waiting room as I left.
