Well, we got there earlier than some people and ended up being the last to leave. Our visit was well over 3 hrs. The doctor and staff were nice. We asked the question would it be better to make an appointment the next time we visit. We were told that we could but they also have walk in patients and they would be seen if they came around our time. So, my wife made the statement, so you are saying that it doesn’t matter if we make an appointment because you will choose who to wait on first. That was not a good answer for us. T... read more

My experience with the staff was friendly and they were knowledgeable. The wait was not very long for me to be assigned to an examination room, which I appreciated. Im so sorry, but I don’t remember the names of the nurses who assisted me or the provider.

Made appt for 3:05, got there by 3, & NP(?) said they were closed for 30” due to understaffing (she was only one there). After returning ~3:45 they were still closed, but got in a little after 4pm when the black associate (?LPN) returned. Signed in & got seen 1st while 8+ more people were checking in . Service was excellent from that point. Had congestion, scratchy throat & groggy head. Blonde NP swabbed nose & found I was negative for Covid & flu, but Rx’d an expectorant cough syrup & said she thought I had a summer cold & ... read more

I greatly like the staff that helped me through my time there. They are all wonderful. I appreciate it so much. The wait time was long, but it would be nice, if extra help was available for their work load, that way the patients wouldn’t have a long wait. It would benefit us all.
