By far the worst clinic I have ever been to all I needed was a doctor note to go back to work and they didn’t give me one. The doctor acted like she knew my body better than I do and had an attitude

My experience was whatever, but being harassed 5 times to take a survey means I will NEVER be coming back. This is ridiculous.

Both wife and I were ill. Staff was cordial and accommodating. Both nurses tag teamed to make sure us and everyone else was attended too. The NP was very nice and communicated to both of us.

When calling for dot. Auto attendant stated the first open slot was right away -we scheduled it -came in and waited over an hour-no communication that there was a delay. Just need to set the expectation if you are running behind.
