I felt like she was in a hurry and didn't take it seriously at all.My son had a swollen lip which we told her was related to his sinuses because we’ve done this before. She did nothing and told him to take Benadryl. I left aggravated because I have a deductible and will end up paying $92 for nothing. Literally nothing but a school excuse. A WASTE of my $30 copay!!!!! The NP was only interested in telling me how I did NOT need antibiotics and wouldn’t stop long enough to listen at ALL of my symptoms!!!!! You’d have thought I was there asking for pain meds or something😡 Here I am several days later and still very sick
Eveyone was very kind and polite. However, we were there almost 2 hours.
Nurse practitioner should have done a more thorough exam! I went to this clinic because my right side of my ear was aching and the right side of my head was also hurting. The NP only looked at that one ear. Told me it looked red and asked if I wanted ear drops or oral medicine. I chose the droplets be cause she said it would ease up a lot faster. Then she sent me back up front. It seems very neglectful to not look at my throat or my other ear and not check behind my ears(lymph nodes) as previous nurse practitioners ... read more
Arrived one day and was basically told to leave and come back another day when someone else was there, wouldn’t let me talk just kept trying to push me out the door , I showed up the next day and Waited over an hour just for a drug test, longest wait I’ve ever had for a drug test in my life
