Felt like dr was rushed. One of my symptoms was a horrible cough. No one listen to my chest.

Signing in was kinda weird, I told the lady up front that I had appointment. She pointed to what I took was an iPad for me to sign in on. Apparently she’s just there to play solitaire or something, ol feller came to get me and decided my last name was wagers when it isn’t, the doctor or lady came back to see me, only thing She done was listened to my lungs, dint look in my throat or anything else gave me a steroid shot and sent me on my way. So to say that will be my last time seeing them on the falls parkways!

You all said I was fine and prescribed me cough medicine when I didn’t have a cough and I went somewhere else and they told me I had a specific virus and gave me medicine that actually helped my throat.

I felt like she was in a hurry and didn't take it seriously at all.My son had a swollen lip which we told her was related to his sinuses because we’ve done this before. She did nothing and told him to take Benadryl. I left aggravated because I have a deductible and will end up paying $92 for nothing. Literally nothing but a school excuse. A WASTE of my $30 copay!!!!! The NP was only interested in telling me how I did NOT need antibiotics and wouldn’t stop long enough to listen at ALL of my symptoms!!!!! You’d have thought I was there asking for pain meds or something😡 Here I am several days later and still very sick
