I had a great experience. I was hesitate about registering on line ahead of time but realized shortly after that it was to make the appointment progress quicker by not having to sit in the waiting room or fill out a bunch of paperwork. Once I was called to the back it was a total of 30 minutes from start to end. Since I was not feeling well I was appreciative to not have to linger there any longer than that. That is the biggest reason I gave a five star rating is because the appointment was fast.

I would normally give a great review but yesterday the nurse practitioner was very condescending when he was asking about my symptoms. I have reoccurring issues with sinus infections and he did not believe anything I was saying. I know he is a health care professional but I have never had this type of disrespect from a professional in the medical field.
