This was my first time visiting this location. My experience was good, from beginning to end. Even though they were pretty busy, they were still moving folks through quickly. Everyone I came in contact with, the person at the desk, the nurse who came in to get my vitals and the practitioner were very nice and easy to talk to. I would definitely go back to see them again if need be.
I was very impressed by all of the people who work there. They were all polite and very professional. I was taken care of in a timely manner. I use a walker and the doctor even took the time to walk me out and hold the door for me. I will definitely keep going there when I need medical care .
I was able to make an appointment within the hour and submit everything online easily so I didn’t have to do it when I got there. They guide you step by step through text on what to do. Everyone was so helpful and friendly, I so much appreciate them!
The price was insane to be seen. $150. The doctor was nice but I won't be back. They expect you to fill out all of your information via electronic check in even uploading your own IDs. (No discount for self check in by the way) Wanted to put a $250 "hold" on my card for the visit even before I was even seen. I dont like giving critical reviews for businesses but I do not recommend this place.
I wish I could give them 10 stars! I was having a difficult time trying to get proper medical care through workers comp. The ladies in the office and the provider worked so hard to reassure me and help me get care. I love Fast Pace! They are the only urgent care I trust to truly take care of me and my family.
