I need to know who I need to make a complaint with. The Dr on duty was very aggressive physically with me. This is not the first time we have had issues but this is the first physical episode. I was trying to tell him I had an ulcer in the back of my throat which by the way the MA medical assistant did confirm. Hence why I was swabbed for strep. I went there knowing I needed stitches in my hand. I was promptly seen and the NP who did the stitches was very professional, courteous and friendly. She did an excellent job on the stitches.

My child was sick and just came there a week and a half ago with same symptoms that never improved and the doctor did not on this last visit prescribe any medications. I had to bring my child to another physician on yesterday where she was given the necessary meds. I will put the word out about this location and the waste of time and no treatment provided for my sick child disgusting
