Took an hour to be seen
Diagnosed with basically nothing….muscle sprain. Two days later a Dr accurately diagnosed shingles.
The nurse practitioner working Sunday 05/29/2023 at 9:00 AM took a total of 4.2 seconds before she told me if she there’s nothing she could do. I wasn’t drug seeking. I am trying to avoid a sinus or ear infection. She recommended Claritin or over-the-counter cold medicine if persist after 10 days come back. No thank you!
I hate that I have to do all the stuff on the phone before the appointment, u guys should just save people information.
The service was fine. But holy crap, the cost of a visit for an uninsured patient is insane. It used to be $60, but it’s gone up to $150. Absolutely crazy and I won’t be back. The staff is great, but the cost is a huge deterrent and it makes me sad bc this has been our go-to urgent care since it opened!
