Staff were pleasant and helpful. NP was also very nice and informative. Only negative was wait time. Had a 2pm PCP appointment but didn’t see the NP Erin Chops until 3:30.

Put a hole in my leg and needed stitches. We come to fast pace because we like the people who work there and they treat you very well. Had an excellent nurse practitioner that I was very comfortable with. Been years since I have had any stitches.

Completed paperwork on line . Got me in quickly . Staff friendly and professional. Have Covid . Gave me meds for cough and congestion . Would like to have been given Paxlovid to get over Covid quickly .still coughing and congested at times . I was at Urgent Care this past Wednesday - symptoms started on Tuesday so I was in the 5 day period . Just wondering why Paxlovid wasn’t offered ?
