We were supposed to walk-in get an X-ray & leave. We waited forever even though Hixson had called & sent the paperwork with us
I definitely do not recommend this location. I went in for an employer ordered drug test and there was only 3 people ahead of me. I had to sit there for over two hours for a 3 and a half minute test. This was a horrible experience and will not be back.

Hello my husband and I went there for the first time on Monday we waited for over 1 to 2 hours just to be seen and then we waited 40 mins in the waiting room just for the doctor to not prescribe any antibiotics we are still feeling sick today and have no medicine to help us, we got a steroid shot which has already worn off and a nose spray ,I have a sinus infection and she wouldn’t give me a z pack now I’m at another urgent care getting the help I needed it’s just unbelievable why wouldn’t you want to help me and my husband... read more
Staff was excellent but my insurance BCBS of TN required a $100 Co pay.
I came in Monday to follow up from my visit on Saturday with Katie the Nurse Practitioner . This time I saw Wendy the Nurse Practitioner. Everyone is very friendly at the Hwy 58 Harrison, TN facility. Any questions I had Wendy took the time to explain them to me. She also offered things that I could be doing to get myself well. I have always had a great experience at this location with every employee. I highly recommend that anyone seeking an Urgent Care facility in my area to check out Fast Pace.
I could have seen my family doctor behind the urgent care facility on Monday but I was getting sicker and decided to go to urgent care instead. There was only 1 person ahead of me so we didn’t have to wait long. I had been at this facility last year so checking in was very easy. I was tended to by a girl who took my vitals and asked why I was there. She was very nice and attentive to my ailments.
