Had an appointment for 8:08 am Doors were not unlocked till 8:03 Girl at desk didn't show up till 8:20 Unacceptable operating procedure if you ask me. Very unprofessional way to operate.

Wait time was absurd. Took over an hour to be seen and over an hour to be released for a very minor issue.

Your registration is VERY hard for older people who are not familiar with online registration. You could definitely make it easier by having your check in clerk do it for those of us who are technically challenged. Why have someone there if not for that reason?

Very patient, friendly, caring and they give you their time they don’t try rushing you out the door. Listen to all of your concerns. Glen is top notch I couldn’t ask for a better Nurse.
