I won’t be going back there. NP gave my son two days off but only gave me the parent one day off??? And said shes not allow to give parents two or more days off work because work companies are complaining about us being off 2 or more days. I didn’t have anyone else to keep my son he’s 3 and only wants his mother when he is sick. As a clinic you should stick up from your clients! These company does not control us. Horrible horrible horrible
The Doctor told me there’s wasn’t anything she could do for me because she couldn’t scan my head, whatever that meant and told me to go to the hospital! I told the hospital what was going on and they were able to assist me no problem! All it took was for someone to actually care about their patients and everything could’ve been resolved! I never attend fast pace in Hazlehurst, Ms as long as Katina Grant is there!
The nurse at this location was extremely rude! Her attitude was nasty!
My experience was good, the wait was long with only on person wait. The nurse needs to be more thorough when doing the intake of patients information. The NP was awesome.
Laurie Thornton, NPFC is excellent! She was recommended to me by my daughter-in-law that is in the health care field. I asked to see Laurie and was treated by her. She listened carefully and patiently to me then made her assessment of my concerns. I will highly recommend her.
I received message of a follow up appointment after I left clinic. I kept the appointment but no one there knew why I was back. Confusing to me. Staff were pleasant and accommodating to my very late arrival that was unavoidable!
